Sampling Service:

Try before you buy, order a range of garments for your staff to try, samples are invoiced but credited once received back within 28 days in the original packaging.

Please see the size chart. You may also call our sales team on 08000 820 844 if you have any questions. Please note that some items in the catalogue may fall outside the structured chart specifications.

Returns Policy:

Goods can be returned to Vissi in the original packaging and unworn within 28 days for credit. Personalised garments are non-returnable unless faulty. Please allow up to 30 days for the receipt of your credit.

Delivery:

We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, parcels are despatched using a 48 hour service. If you require a quicker service, please call our sales office on 08000 820 844.

Embroidery,Screen Printing, Tabbing:

These services are all readily available, please call or email our sales office who will be happy to discuss your options, costs and delivery time scale with you.

Garment Care:

We use tried and tested fabrics specially designed for the work place. Each garment has a unique care label, which must be followed to maintain appearence and longevity. If you require full care specifications for a particular item, please call our sales office.

Bespoke Designs:

We offer a full design service from conception to completion should your organisation require a personal look. From initial consultation stages through design drawings, fabrics, measuring, wearer trials, to complete supply of finished garments. Call our office to arrange an appointment.
